Sim2Invest is an investment simulation and educational application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Sim2Invest.

1. Information we collect

Sim2Invest does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app does not ask for your name, address, phone number, financial account credentials, brokerage credentials, or payment card details.

2. Simulation data

Information you enter into simulations, such as investment amounts, contribution amounts, selected assets, time periods, and currency preferences, is used to perform calculations within the app.

Sim2Invest does not use these simulation inputs to provide personalised financial advice.

3. Market data

Sim2Invest may download market and reference data required for investment simulations. Some data may be cached locally on your device to improve performance and reduce repeated downloads.

4. Server and technical information

When the app requests market data from our servers, standard technical information may be processed automatically by the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser or device information, and standard server logs.

This information is used for security, reliability, troubleshooting, and operation of the service.

5. Analytics, advertising and tracking

Sim2Invest does not currently use advertising networks, behavioural advertising, third-party tracking SDKs, or analytics tools for profiling users.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by technical service providers only when necessary to operate the app, deliver market data, maintain infrastructure, or comply with legal obligations.

7. Data storage

Some market data and app preferences may be stored locally on your device. Standard server logs may be retained by our hosting infrastructure for operational and security purposes.

8. Financial information

Sim2Invest does not connect to your bank, brokerage, exchange, or crypto wallet. It does not execute financial transactions and does not manage your investments.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the app and supporting infrastructure. However, no internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its features, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
